How We Work!
DoorDash is an intermediary between you, our lovely customer, and your favorite restaurants. When you place an order online with us, we receive it first, and then send it off to the restuarant. When you place your order online, it does not immediately go to the restaurant because we want to make sure on of our Dashers are at the restaurant when the food is fresh from the kitchen!
Restaurant Selection
To see which restaurants are available for delivery, just enter in your address! The list of restaurants that populate will be delivery options for you! Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery at this time to restaurants out of your delivery range. Our delivery ranges are variable (mostly between 3 to 5 miles from your location and the restaurant) to ensure a quick, hassle-free delivery and the freshest food! We may adjust the range over time to optimize between providing great variety and a great service.
Delivery Estimates
A rough delivery time estimate of an average order appears on each restaurant on our list. Once you add items to your cart, we provide a more accurate delivery estimate on the checkout screen. When a restaurant is "Busy", it means that our current delivery time for that restaurant exceeds our standards for a fast delivery. At that point in time, we temporarily stop accepting orders from the restaurant to avoid excessive wait times for our customers.
